Welcome to RCD Records! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RCD Records website and mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by RCD Records (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a modern music company based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

1. About RCD Records

RCD Records was founded in 2023 with a mission to discover and amplify artists who blend creativity with broad appeal. We support artists with services including artist development, strategic partnerships, creative services, artist management, publishing, and digital marketing.

2. Use of the Platform

You may use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.

• You will not use the Platform in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

• You will not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, audio, videos, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to RCD Records and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

4. Artist Submissions

We may provide opportunities for artists to submit their work for review. By submitting content to us:

• You grant RCD Records a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your content for promotional and evaluative purposes.

• You confirm that the content you submit is your original work and does not infringe any third-party rights.

We do not guarantee selection, representation, or any form of contractual engagement through submissions.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RCD Records shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform.
